No deposit is required. We take credit / debit card details by phone or e-mail, but only to guarantee the booking

Payment:

On departure, by the following methods:
Sterling cash
Credit cards ( 5% surcharge )

Cancellation:

14 or more days notice, no charge
Less than 14 days notice we charge in full, but only if we fail to re-let the room

Check-in:

We are flexible & try to meet your needs

Check-out:

10.30 am to allow us to prepare for new arrivals, but you’re welcome to leave luggage with us if you wish to spend more time enjoying historic York

For the health & safety of all our guests, Abbeyfields is non- smoking throughout

Pets:
